Bahan Sambal Tempe Goreng :

• 1/2 lempeng tempe , iris tebal ± 1 cm, goreng sampai kering
• 10 buah cabai rawit
• 3 siung bawang putih
• 1/2 sdt garam
• 2 sdm kecap manis

Cara Membuat Sambal Tempe Goreng:

1. Goreng bawang putih,cabai rawit,garam yg sudah diulek kasar sampai wangi . Masukkan tempe goreng, beri kecap manis, aduk hingga rata
2. Hidangkan sambal dengan nasi putih hangat
